Psalm 30:5 (NKJV) 5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

How easy is it for us to lose our JOY?\u00a0We could be having a great day and then something gets said, or we get something in the mail, etc., and all of a sudden we lost the\u00a0joy\u00a0we had just a few minutes before.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Getting\u00a0sad,\u00a0angry and upset at times is\u00a0normal behavior. It’s all part of our emotions. It’s all part of life. Things can\u00a0come in and change our\u00a0attitude quickly and\u00a0sometimes\u00a0it doesn’t take much.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

What we must remember is that we don’t let it keep us there. We\u00a0cannot\u00a0spend all of our days\u00a0being angry, crying and\u00a0depressed. We have to make room for JOY.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

How do we make room for joy when we feel like this?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We take\u00a0whatever it\u00a0may be that is causing us to lose our joy and\u00a0we bring it right\u00a0to Jesus. We tell Him how we feel. That’s right! Let it out, talk to Him and be detailed.<\/p>\n

Don’t try to leave things out. Tell Him everything that needs to come out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

After we tell Him, we will feel better. But we are not finished. Let God show us what we need to do after we spill it all.<\/p>\n

Sometimes there is silence on God’s end. That doesn’t mean something is wrong. It’s OK. Just trust Him.<\/p>\n

Sometimes we may get understanding right away and we know what we need to do.\u00a0Other times we just have to wait and see what comes our way; what doors open, so to speak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But if we are listening, watching and ready, we usually won’t miss it. Begin to thank Him and move on. Go back to enjoying\u00a0your day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

When joy is taken from us, many people\u00a0stop living. God does not want that. He wants JOY back in our lives.<\/p>\n

There is more to life\u00a0than\u00a0just the little bit we are used to. So if things\u00a0change, don’t stop living. Just live differently. Experience\u00a0the NEW things that are coming\u00a0our way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Today, let’s pick ourselves up and let JOY come back. It’s OK to laugh again, to have fun and to sing our hearts out!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As long as we are alive, we need to keep on LIVING!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
