1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NKJV) 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Paul\u00a0doesn’t\u00a0say to only\u00a0give\u00a0thanks when things are going well. Or give thanks when we are in the mood. He doesn’t\u00a0say,\u00a0give\u00a0thanks only when we are in church\u00a0or\u00a0at Bible study.\u00a0Nope. He said, “in EVERYTHING”!<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Because it is the will of God in Christ Jesus for us. There is no other reason other than it being God’s will.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

That is reason enough.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is a nice little\u00a0reminder today\u00a0to\u00a0not<\/strong>\u00a0put off our\u00a0thankfulness\u00a0for when we FEEL like it, or when we have received our\u00a0answer from God. But\u00a0to stop what we are doing and give Him thanks, love on Him and show Him how grateful we are.<\/p>\n

There will always be some situation\u00a0or someone that will try to keep us from being thankful. But that is not going to stop us today. We are going to be thankful anyway. Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
