Matthew 5:16 (NKJV) 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Christmas is just around the corner. Everyone is busy shopping, planning parties\u00a0and family gatherings. It sure is a great celebration.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0all the excitement\u00a0and extra work that goes into planning for these events,\u00a0it’s very easy to lose track or\u00a0forget about the importance of\u00a0why we are doing what we do.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It’s a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ; the very One who came to this earth to serve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This can be a great opportunity for us to shine His\u00a0light as we make sure those people He puts on our hearts\u00a0are\u00a0taken care of during this season.<\/p>\n

Maybe they are going to be alone at\u00a0Christmas, or they are financially struggling and going through a tough time.<\/p>\n

Maybe\u00a0there is someone\u00a0we know who works so hard, but hardly ever\u00a0gets noticed, so we take the time and do something kind for them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

What a way to celebrate Jesus and what He did for us, by taking time and caring for\u00a0the one we know who needs a little something this Christmas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We might think “what difference will it make to do this for just one person? It’s so little when there are so many in need. Why bother?”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But if we all focused on just\u00a0one, and there are thousands of us, that would be many “just ONES”!\u00a0Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Let God speak to our hearts this Christmas season and show us that “one”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
