Joshua 1:9 (NKJV) 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Titles don’t make us a good leader. We can have every title we want in front of our name, but that’s all it is; a title. A word in front of our name.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

What\u00a0makes us a great\u00a0leader is the strength,\u00a0courage and the\u00a0truth\u00a0we choose to\u00a0walk in.\u00a0What makes us a strong leader is having God-given wisdom, and the understanding to help ourselves, and others, get\u00a0out of problems or situations and into a place of winning!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If we can’t help ourselves, how will we ever be able to help others?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The first thing we need to do is learn how to help get ourselves\u00a0out of situations that are trying to pull on us and bring us down. We have to learn firsthand the steps to take to get out of problems and keep steady on the road we belong on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Have we ever noticed that when we help someone, it is usually because we have been there and done that? We learned what it took to get us out of whatever it may have been, and move forward.<\/p>\n

To get us past the problem, the hurdle or bump in the road, a true leader will lead, not by the title that was given to them, but by strength,\u00a0courage and wisdom\u00a0on the inside!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I have seen leaders with NO title at all, but boy could they lead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Stop looking for a title and find the solution. Find the answer to turn things around and get moving\u00a0forward. We are leaders in Christ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God has commanded\u00a0us all to be STRONG and COURAGEOUS!\u00a0To\u00a0not fear or be dismayed. He is with us\u00a0wherever\u00a0we go. Amen!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
