Psalm 37:23 (NKJV) 23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The steps we take each day are important. Are they God-ordered steps? Are we feeling like we are in forward motion? Are we happy with the steps we take?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Each day we take\u00a0steps, and those\u00a0steps use up\u00a0precious\u00a0time.<\/p>\n

The older we get, the more we notice how quickly time goes by.\u00a0How\u00a0and what\u00a0we spend\u00a0our time\u00a0on\u00a0each day\u00a0is\u00a0important.\u00a0We can waste time on a lot of things\u00a0that are\u00a0meaningless.<\/p>\n

That’s right; time\u00a0goes\u00a0by whether we are doing meaningless things or meaningful things. We can never get that time\u00a0back.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Some of the things that are very time-sucking in this day and age are the internet, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.<\/p>\n

There are many other things that can draw us in, like gossip, drama, books, watching movies and looking at magazines that are not good for our spiritual well-being. We will suffer from the impartation they leave in our minds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Being aware of where we are spending our time and energy is going to help us to know where we need to make adjustments and changes. It’s important to keep ourselves accountable with the things we are doing and saying each day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Will we take our precious\u00a0time that we have been given and use it wisely, spending it on the God-ordered\u00a0steps, so that He may\u00a0delight in\u00a0us?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
