2 Chronicles 1:11-12\u00a0\u00a0(NKJV) 11 Then God said to Solomon: \u201cBecause this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life\u2014but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king\u2014 12 wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Solomon asked for wisdom and knowledge. Nothing else. But the scripture above shows why he also became a prosperous man. Prosperity is not just found in obtaining large amounts of money and material wealth.<\/p>\n

Prosperity comes through God’s wisdom. And the only way to walk prosperously is to get God’s wisdom on a daily basis and for every situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It is the understanding, knowledge and wisdom of God\u00a0that\u00a0fixes\u00a0a problem\u00a0for good.\u00a0It is in the wisdom of how to work things out that brings us the satisfaction, the\u00a0completion, and the victory that\u00a0we need as a person.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Prosperity comes when we get understanding and wisdom and we act accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Peter said, silver and gold I don’t have, but he offered to the man what God showed him he needed. In this situation that man needed the healing of his legs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Acts 3:6 (NKJV) 6 Then Peter said, \u201cSilver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Are we laying\u00a0there lame today, waiting for the wrong thing?<\/p>\n

This is why we feel we don’t get anywhere. We think we need gold, silver, or money and that will take care of all our problems and the situation we are facing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Wisdom and understanding in this situation showed Peter that it was healing for the man’s legs that was really needed. What good would gold and silver be to a man that couldn’t walk, couldn’t work, couldn’t do much?<\/p>\n

With his legs, he could care for himself the rest of his life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Understanding our situation, and what we need to do to take care of it, will bring\u00a0us into a\u00a0constant, steadfast, prosperous life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We have to take the wisdom of the Lord that He gives us, for every problem we run into, and handle it accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Get up, take action and\u00a0walk with the wisdom of the Lord.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Proverbs 4:7 (NKJV) 7 Wisdom is the principal thing;\u00a0Therefore\u00a0get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
