Luke 10:37 (NKJV) 37 And he said, \u201cHe who showed mercy on him.\u201d Then Jesus said to him, \u201cGo and do likewise<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Showing mercy\u00a0each day is a great way to live. It’s so fulfilling.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0should make sure that we are there for others.\u00a0We shouldn’t ignore the fact\u00a0that they\u00a0are going through a hard season.\u00a0But we should make every attempt to be there for them if they need\u00a0us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If we would just help each other, reach out even if it is inconvenient for us, it will make this world a better place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We\u00a0all\u00a0have a busy life. There are always going to be those\u00a0things we need to get done, but that is no excuse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Now, sometimes we can’t physically be there for someone for various reasons. But, being there for them through prayer is powerful.<\/p>\n

That’s right. James 5:16 (NKJV) says that fervent prayer avails much. So, if we can’t physically be there, don’t dismiss it. Pray. We are doing much through our prayers!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And there are other ways as well. We can call, we can email and we can text! We can send a card, a gift, flowers, etc. There are so many ways we can reach a person nowadays. It’s actually harder to think of a way not <\/em>to reach them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God may be laying someone on our heart right\u00a0now to reach out\u00a0to. Don’t\u00a0ignore it. Take the\u00a0step and do something kindhearted. You will make a difference in their life today.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Dear God in Heaven,<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Please show me who it is You want me to reach out to today and how to do it. Help me to make this a part of my daily walk. I’m willing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Help me Lord to be sensitive to You and Your promptings, so that I can\u00a0make\u00a0a difference in\u00a0someone’s\u00a0life by showing them Your mercy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In Jesus’ name I ask. Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
