Romans 12:1 (NKJV) 1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ever wonder what God wants you to do with your life?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Present your body as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God. There you have it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is what He expects from us. It is our reasonable service to Him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Many people might look at this and think that this is an awful lot to ask of us. But think of it this way; Jesus literally presented His <\/em>body as a sacrifice, even unto death. So is it really too much for God to require of us that we present our <\/em>bodies as living<\/em> sacrifices?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He isn’t asking us to die for Him. He’s simply asking us to live our lives in a holy and righteous way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And what’s more is that He has given us His word and the Holy Spirit so that we are perfectly equipped to be able to do this. We just need two things; the knowledge that He has asked this of us, and the desire to do it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Where do we stand? Which side are we choosing? Light, or darkness?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It’s up to us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1 John 1:6 (NKJV) 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
