Mark 12:41-43 (NKJV) 41 Now Jesus sat opposite the treasury and saw how the people put money into the treasury. And many who were rich put in much. 42 Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a\u00a0quadrans. 43 So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, \u201cAssuredly,\u00a0I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury<\/span>…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The woman in the verses above gave out of her poverty. She gave out of her need, her lack. She could have used\u00a0those coins to pay for something to sustain her in the natural.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Are we feeling poor and broke\u00a0today?\u00a0How many of us think that when things get tough we have to pull back, reduce or stop our giving?<\/p>\n

Maybe we owe back taxes or we have\u00a0debt\u00a0up to our eyeballs. Maybe we are on the verge of\u00a0losing\u00a0everything. Our business may be in the red. Maybe our home is in need of repairs or our car is falling apart. It doesn\u2019t matter what state we are in.<\/p>\n

Mark 12:44 (NKJV) 44 for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n

If we have something to give, we need to sow that\u00a0seed today!<\/p>\n

It\u00a0doesn’t matter how big or small it is. Get rid of it and put it in a place where it will grow, where it\u00a0will come back to you good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God has a place for your seed to be sown today. Ask Him where to put\u00a0that seed and He will guide\u00a0you.\u00a0When you obey, just like\u00a0this woman\u00a0did, He will see your heart condition and your faith in Him and He\u00a0will help you through your time of trial. He is our Provider.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Luke 6:38\u00a0(NKJV) 38\u00a0Give,\u00a0and it will be given to you: good measure,\u00a0pressed down,\u00a0shaken together,\u00a0and running over will be put into your bosom.\u00a0For with the same measure that you use,\u00a0it will be measured back to you<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
