Genesis 2:2 (NKJV) 2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Resting is hard for some people, but it is a necessity.<\/p>\n

Different\u00a0personalities\u00a0may find it hard to take a break and not work. For example, people\u00a0that are goal-driven usually find it hard.<\/p>\n

People that may be greedy usually don’t like to rest because they are afraid they might lose out on something if they rest.<\/p>\n

People that are very active and like to be moving all the time don’t like the thought of sitting still.<\/p>\n

But rest is required if we want to be productive\u00a0and stay balanced in our lives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Having a rested mind and body will help us to get much more done than if we are tired and stressed.<\/p>\n

I’ll admit that when I’m tired I make mistakes. I cannot be running on empty and produce good quality anything.\u00a0Balanced\u00a0REST\u00a0will\u00a0produce the best!\u00a0Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

A\u00a0simple\u00a0little reminder today; be sure to get some rest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
