John 14:26 (NKJV) 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Hurt is a hard<\/em> thing to overcome. There really is only One way to get rid of the pain of it. There is only One way to get past the nagging whispers of constant reminders in our ears.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Let the Holy Spirit help us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He will\u00a0remind\u00a0us of Isaiah 54:17, No weapon formed against us shall prosper.<\/p>\n

He will\u00a0remind\u00a0us of Romans 8:37, that we are more than conquerors, through Him!<\/p>\n

He will\u00a0remind\u00a0us of Ephesians 2:1, which says,\u00a0we\u00a0are not dead, but alive in Him.<\/p>\n

And He will remind us of John 5:8, which tells us to take up our bed and walk.<\/p>\n

These are only a few of the promises that the word of\u00a0God gives to those who trust in Him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Even though we let Him help, it\u00a0may not take the pain away quickly.\u00a0But the good news is, healing can begin\u00a0immediately!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It’s kind of like when we take medication to ease physical pain. As soon as we take them, they are in our system. The first step is done. But sometimes it takes a while to feel the results, right?<\/p>\n

Sometimes we even have to take more because the pain is so deep.\u00a0And there are times when we also have to\u00a0take\u00a0other steps\u00a0in addition to the meds to help complete the healing process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We can safely say that even when we take the first step and ask\u00a0the Holy\u00a0Spirit to help us with our pain, there may be some steps that we have to\u00a0take\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0pain begins to ease or before we see some results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

There are so many Christians walking around today hurt, suffering and being defeated by something that should have no power over them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This hurt needs to go, in Jesus’ name. It’s time to let the Holy Spirit help us\u00a0get past it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He is very gentle. He won\u2019t force Himself into our situation. We must ask Him to come and help us, and then let Him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He will come, and at different times will provide us with wisdom, understanding\u00a0and peace for the journey. All three of these are very important in getting free from the hurt that keeps us in bondage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God did not intend for us to go through our life hurting, with no relief. And getting free from it on our own isn’t always possible.<\/p>\n

So let’s ask Him for the help we need.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
