Psalm 36:5 (LSB) 5 Your lovingkindness, O Yahweh, is in the heavens, Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
His faithfulness reaches to the skies.
What an amazing statement made here by the Psalmist!
These are words that could only have been written by someone who had walked out their life seeing God’s faithfulness on full display.
His faithfulness reaches to the skies shows an infinite level of trustworthiness on His part; a level that our human, finite minds simply can’t fully comprehend.
It is true, nonetheless. And it is part of His nature.
Our human nature has trouble comprehending the fullness of this statement because we don’t have the capacity to be like Him.
We can try. But we will fail.
And that is why it’s so important that we recognize this attribute of God, the faithful One.
He will never fail us. Ever. Because He simply can’t.
Amen 🙏🏻
