Psalm 95:6 (NKJV) 6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
Bowing down before Him means more than we could ever imagine.
This is an outward statement from an inner-changed heart! It is a humble, deep reverence in total surrender to Him.
We can worship God at any time or in any place if our heart is in it.
And He knows if we are truly worshipping Him or just going through the motions.
We must let the Holy Spirit guide our worship of Him.
The Father says to worship Him in spirit and in truth.
Let us not worship Him in any other way.
John 4:24 (NKJV) 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Someone may say, “well, He hasn’t been there for me all my life.” Someone else may say, “I’m waiting until He answers my prayers.” And yet someone may even say, “He has not helped me through this trial I am in.”
We don’t worship God for the things He has done. We worship Him for Who He is.
Come today, bow down and worship Him. He is our Maker!
