Bible Verse of The Day – 5-9-26

Galatians 2:20 (NKJV) 20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

I love where Paul says “I live by faith.”

And if you notice, he says that he is still in the flesh but lives by faith.

This is something that takes time; walking by faith. It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes consistently allowing God to lead.

Can we do it?

Faith grows stronger when we allow God to open and close doors in our life as we learn to let Him guide us each day, by being attentive to Him, listening, and watching.

Proverbs 8:34 (NKJV) 34 Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.

We are blessed when we live by faith. And the only way we can do this is by being crucified with Christ, letting go of everything, and not picking it back up. It is no longer us who lives, but Christ living in us.
