Bible Verse of The Day – Bought At a Price – 5-7-17

Hello!

Today we would like to share something that can be life changing. Many Christians live their entire lives and never fully grasp the fact that we have been bought at a price.

We just recorded a new video on this topic.

Please click here to watch the video now.

This is a subject that, once we get understanding about the depth of it, will change the way we think, the way we act and our complete outlook on life in general.

Please click here to watch the video now.

We hope you’ll take a few minutes and give this a listen, because if you do, and you let God speak to your heart, you will look at your life differently from here forward.

Sincerely in Christ,

  1. First, thank you so much for your daily messages. I try to start every day with reading them right when I wake up.

Second, I need your prayers right now because I am struggling with an anger issue from work. In red help with the issue too but it’s the anger I cannot handle. I wake up with it and it is with me all day and it prevents me from thinking clearly and it severely interferes with my daily walk with the Lord. Please pray for me that I am able to give all of it up to the Lord and that He would just take it all from me and lead me through it. Thank you so much.

    • Hi Brett, you’re very welcome 🙂

We’re glad to be a part of your morning each day!

Anger is something that an increasing number of people deal with on a daily basis. Most times it stems from the things that have happened to us. Other times it can be due to the way we see things… our outlook on life, so to speak. Another factor many times is related to the things we expose ourselves to on a daily basis. One good example of this is the media, such as the news and social media. Many news organizations feed solely on people’s emotions and will use this to keep people riled up and coming back for more.

So even though your anger is seemingly about your work, it may also be stemming from other things that you haven’t thought of or recognized as being part of the problem. So take a look at what you’re reading, watching and listening to as part of your daily routine. Look for things that might be making you angry. Politics can be a big agitator for many of us, and the political climate in many countries is very volatile lately.

Most importantly, though, is your walk with God. Put that first, above everything else. Determine in your heart to spend time with God every day. It doesn’t have to be deep in the sense that you spend hours each day on this, but make sure you’re putting God first in everything you do. Consider Him in every choice you make, even when choosing something to watch, read or listen to.

As you grow in Him, your anger will eventually dissipate. It’s a process that can take time. But as we press in to Him and we begin to let Him change our thinking, the things that bother us will begin to become less important to us. Our outlook on things will change, and the things that used to set us off will only be a slight noise in the background 🙂

We will be praying for you. Please keep us updated.
