(Mark 16:15 NKJV)  And He said to them, “Go into all the world and
preach the gospel to every creature.

So what does it mean to “go into all the world” and preach the
gospel? Does it mean we have to drop what we’re doing and leave
everything behind, to travel to some far away land and preach to
people we don’t know? Well… not necessarily.

The world we live in is a much smaller place today than it was 50
or 100 years ago. Technology has made it smaller. First it was air
transportation. This allowed us to fly across the country or around
the world, doing in hours what used to take days or weeks to do.

Today it’s the internet. We can email, chat, talk and video chat
with people from around the globe, literally. We’re no longer
restricted to communicating with people in our own neighborhoods.

This allows us to spread the gospel and feed God’s flock in brand
new ways that nobody would have even dreamed possible 30 years ago.
God has truly opened huge doors in these last days, for everyone to
hear the gospel being preached. The fact that you’re reading this
right now is proof of that!

God has truly blessed each and every one of us. He has opened
tremendous doors for us all. He has blessed Pastor Ellie and me
with the awesome privilege of reaching out to untold thousands of
people across the world, to minister His word and help feed His
sheep.

Today, we now have over 3,000 people who receive the Daily Bible
Verse emails each day. We are in awe at how God has grown this
work. We are literally reaching into countries that we have never
heard of before now, but without ever stepping foot there.

We want to thank you all for being a part of this. We know that
there are many of you who forward these emails to your friends and
families. Please continue to do so, helping us spread God’s word
and the news of His mercy.

We thank you sincerely, from the bottom of our hearts, for being a
part of this. May God truly bless each and every one of you today.

(James 3:10 NKJV)  Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.

Do you ever find yourself some days being happy and uplifting, loving everything, having a great big smile on your face that no body can wipe off? Then on other days you’re feeling like nothing is good, everything is coming against you and seems like nothing is going right.

Well it happens to us all at times and it can be a hard thing to overcome and to change the way we feel when we are in it. A lot of times it is just that; “our feelings.”

Feelings are a funny thing. It’s up to us to let God help us to come out of the times when we feel down. It takes work on our end as well. How we feel determines what comes out of our mouths. If we are feeling good, then we have good things to say. If we are feeling down, then a lot of times the things we say and think are going to be not so good, negative and can cause others to join us in our misery.

God wants us to be a blessing and to be saying good things all the time. I know it sounds hard to think we can’t have a single day to just be miserable. It’s a mindset that we may have to change in us.

It’s not OK to be miserable. There is no scripture in the Bible that says, for the 8Th  day of every month, God allows so and so to be grumpy, miserable and can curse whoever he or she desires. NO it doesn’t exist! So therefore we must wipe it right out of our thinking process.

Let’s be a blessing to others!!

(Eph 4:29 NIV) Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but
only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that
it may benefit those who listen.

Unwholesome talk… What is that anyway?

Are the words we speak edifying? Do they lift up or do they tear down? Do
they bring light or do they bring darkness?

Have you ever been around someone who seems to speak only negative things?
It seems like no matter what subject is brought up, some people can only say
bad things… never anything good.

This is a form of unwholesome talk. It may not be obscene or vulgar, but it
doesn’t do anyone any good or help anyone.

Our words should be encouraging. They should lift people up and bring light,
not darkness. There are obviously going to be times when we need to address
things or correct people, but even that can be done in a way that isn’t
condescending or terribly negative.

We just need to let God have control of our mouths and our thoughts. If we
do this, the rest will come more easily.

(Isa 9:6 NKJV) For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the
government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful,
Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

How wonderful it is, that as we begin our day today, we can know that a
Child was born for us, to save us and give us freedom in this life and after
we leave this life. FREEDOM is a beautiful thing…no one wants to be in
chains.

I’d say that God and His Son are Special and are worthy of our praise this
day! Let us cry out to Him today, together all across this world, with all
sincerity in our hearts…Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting
Father, Prince of Peace is HE!!
We love You Lord and THANK YOU!!
