Bible Verse of The Day – 7-3-14

(1 Thessalonians 5:17 NKJV) pray without ceasing,

I was on the phone with my son-in-law the other day.

As he was talking to me, his seven year old son (my grandson) came out of his bedroom. He had been in there with the door closed.

His dad asked him what he was doing. His son replied nonchalantly, “Just talking to God.”

That is all prayer is; just talking to God.

Spend some time with Him today. Amen

Bible Verse of The Day – 12-18-12

(John 14:6 NKJV)  Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Today we want to share with you that God is reachable. We don’t have to go through a man, a woman or anyone else to get to God.

If we have received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we have the freedom to talk to God anytime, anywhere, for anything and He will hear our prayers. His Son, Jesus Christ, has made the way for us.

We don’t have to wait until Sunday, Wednesday night Bible Study or Saturday night service. Whenever we need God, we just talk to Him, knowing that He will answer our prayer. God is faithful!

If you need to talk to Him today, open your heart and let it out…He is waiting.

Put some time aside today and talk to your Daddy.
