Bible Verse of The Day – 4-29-25

Romans 3:23-24 (NKJV) 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus…

If we truly understood how important our soul is to God, we would be much more careful about getting involved with things that can damage and or destroy it.

We would pay more attention to what we dabble in, because it will bring us down and separate us from Him.

God has made a way for our soul to be redeemed and live with Him forever. His love for us is amazing!

We have all fallen short of His glory. Every one of us.

But, God has brought us justification by His grace, and redemption through HIs Son, Jesus Christ.

We cannot buy it. It was given to us freely.

This world will surely never give us anything of value for free.

We want you to take a moment today and think about this because it is very important to understand the great lengths God has gone to for us.

We may say, “well, I’m so terrible inside, I’m afraid He will never forgive or redeem me because of the things I have in my heart.”

If this is you, then we are speaking to you today. His words, not ours; if you call on His Son, Jesus Christ, you shall be saved.

Romans 10:13 (NKJV) 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Call on His name today, make it known that you need His grace and redemption. He will save you!

Amen.

Bible Verse of The Day – 7-20-19

1 Thessalonians 4:7-8 (NKJV) 7 For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. 8 Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.

Learning to live a clean life is all part of being God’s child.

We are probably going to have to let some old habits go, and pick up some new ones. We may have to let go of certain friends, as well, and those things that affect us in a bad way.

For instance, maybe we have enjoyed hanging out with certain people up until now. Changing our stance in life will cause us to change our surroundings. We may no longer feel comfortable being around certain situations, or certain types of entertainment and activities. We may find ourselves troubled or getting irritated when we are.

This is not a bad or negative thing. It is normal. It is the voice of holiness speaking to uncleanness saying, “you are not welcome here any longer.” And we can’t reject the voice of holiness.

When we become God’s child it will feel like we are more conscious of our behavior and actions. We will be convicted strongly at times. The worst thing we can do is to ignore it. It will only cause us to be miserable.

If we let holiness live and speak to us, and we follow that leading, we will remain in the peace of God.

Philippians 4:7 (NKJV) 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus

Bible Verse of The Day – 12-24-16

Psalm 128:1 (NKJV) 128 Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, Who walks in His ways

We may find it hard in some situations to choose the way of the Lord, versus the way of man or the way of the world. However, if we choose the Lord’s way and stick to it, we will be thankful and blessed that we did.

Some people may look at us at times and think “why would we live the way we do?”, thinking we are missing out on so much, and thinking that we have no fun. But, they only see with their eyes of flesh.

Those who live their lives the way they want and rebel against the things of God may think they are getting away with it, and things may seem great for awhile. They may even think “oh it’s so much better this way”. But just know, that if they don’t change it up and get their hearts right with God, they will have to answer for their life.

Let us keep praying for this world. God is faithful to help those who are living in rebellion if they are willing to give Him a chance. He will not give up on any of us. No matter how long it takes, He will wait for us.

Keep walking in the ways of the Lord. Keep sticking to what is right. Be strong in the Lord!

Joshua 1:9 (NKJV) 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

We are blessed!
