Bible Verse of The Day – 9-6-25

Psalm 118:24 (NKJV) 24 This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

As I was doing my laps at the community pool today, I saw another person coming into the water. I said to this person, “what a beautiful day.”

They replied, “it is a beautiful day. Every day we get is a blessing.”

And I said, “no matter the weather, no matter the season, etc., they are all beautiful days, and you can find good in each one!”

We agreed that every day is precious, no matter what is before us.

Today, may we rejoice in this day and be glad!

We won’t get another like today, This day is it, and once it passes it is no longer for us to live in. We move on and it is now the past.

Praise be to God for each day He gives to us. Let us make the most of it. For it truly is a blessing!  Amen.

Bible Verse of The Day – 9-5-25

Acts 14:9-10 (NKJV) 9 This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, 10 said with a loud voice, “Stand up straight on your feet!” And he leaped and walked.

Sometimes it can be difficult for us to truly understand the importance of faith, especially when it relates to being healed.

It can help if we better understand faith as a whole, rather than focusing on a single aspect of it.

As we walk with God over the years, we will learn that He moves in various ways in different situations.

But there is one constant; the need for faith as the foundation for everything about our relationship with Him.

In fact, God tells us that without faith it is impossible to please Him.

Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

So, as we seek God more deeply, we will begin to develop an understanding of the importance of faith in every aspect of our walk with God.

The verse above states plainly that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him!

Faith is the key that unlocks everything. Healing is just one of those things.

The deeper we dive with God, the stronger our entire relationship with Him becomes.

And that strong relationship solidifies our faith, not only for healing, but for everything else that we may encounter.

Let us diligently seek Him daily 🙏

Bible Verse of The Day – 9-4-25

Matthew 18:19 (NKJV) 19 “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

If we agree…

This is so important for the body of Christ to know and understand. Being one with each other is the key.

If we can agree on things when we pray, it will be done!

Can you imagine the things that have been accomplished through agreeing?

We may never know or comprehend all of the answers we have had. But God is faithful to know when we are one with each other and lined up with His word. And that’s when the answers come!

John 17:21 (NKJV) 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

Let us work on allowing the Holy Spirit bring us together in our hearts.

We don’t even need to live near each other. We just need to be on the same page with our prayers!

We may not agree on all things at times, but if we can agree on the things He shows us, then our prayers will be incredibly productive, and many people will get the help they need.

One thing we all can agree on and pray for together is the salvation of those who need Jesus; that they will find the Truth and be saved.

That is something that is worth more than anything else we could ever pray for. In Jesus’ Name, let us all pray together for the lost.

Let Salvation come. Amen

Bible Verse of The Day – 9-3-25

Matthew 7:7 (LSB) 7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

God’s word is clear when it comes to teaching us that He wants us to go to Him and ask of Him when we are in need.

God also makes it very clear that if we ask, we will receive!

Now that we understand this Biblical truth, let’s look at it a little more closely, so we can be sure to understand it and put it into practice in the way God wants us to.

We know, based on the verse above, that God wants to give us what we ask for.

Considering that, we should carefully weigh our requests.

Why?

To be sure that we are asking in accordance with what is best for us and is aligned with His will.

You see, if we fail to carefully consider our requests, we can errantly ask for things that may hurt us or cause us distress in the future.

This may be difficult for us to foresee. But if we take certain steps, we can eliminate much of the “risk”.

Here’s what can help us.

His word says that He gives us the desires of our heart. But look at what else it says!

Psalm 37:4-5 (NKJV) 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.

We must delight ourselves in Him. And we must commit our way to Him.

This is critically important for us to understand.

And as we learn to delight ourselves in Him and commit our way to Him, our heart changes, as do the desires of our heart.

Then, our will becomes better aligned with His will. And this leads to our requests being less self-centered and more God-centered.

And this is a win/win since we are now no longer seeking those things that are self-serving, but those things that are God-centric and benefitting the kingdom of God.

So, let us seek what He wants in us, that what we seek in our requests will bring glory and honor to Him and His kingdom.

Bible Verse of The Day – 9-2-25

Acts 4:32 (NKJV) 32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.

What a beautiful way to live.

Their hearts had to truly have been changed. This is evident work of the Holy Spirit.

When He moves, we surrender it all. We don’t look at anything as being ours, or that we own it. We go from holding tightly to everything, to “we’re all yours, Lord”.

How many of us today are holding on to stuff like it’s ours?

When the Holy Spirit comes upon us, we will definitely feel different about the things we possess.

When material and worldly things get out of our way, we hear better. We obey more quickly, and we are ready to move forward a little easier. Less distractions and nothing pulling on us.

We are more free to listen and hear what His voice is saying, and we are quick to obey Him.

They were in One accord!

Many years ago, we were visiting a couple when the man decided to get up and go into the kitchen.

He came back a few minutes later with a basin full of water, knelt down at our feet, and began to wash them.

As he did this, he began to speak these words, “and when you become pastors…”.

We lost it, and we began to cry as he continued to speak words of God over us.

We surrendered at that moment, tears running down our faces, not knowing the timing, the place, or even the how.

We surrendered in our hearts and became one with God.

Everything about us became His.

What was our hearts cry? “Let it be Lord, according to Your will.”

This is what God does with us when we wholly surrender to Him.

He changes our hearts. He changes our thoughts. He changes our actions.

He changes each one of us, from the inside, out.

We must empty ourselves before He can fill us.

And there we will sit, empty, yet filled. Filled with a “One heart and One soul” attitude, and a heart of gratitude toward God!

He is worthy!

Bible Verse of The Day – 9-1-25

Romans 8:31 (NKJV) 31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

As I woke this morning, I heard, “if God is for us, who can be against us?”.

I knew right away that I needed to write about this; to bring encouragement and reassurance to anyone who is going through trials or possibly waiting on God for deliverance from something you’re facing.

The word of God tells us that if we wait on Him, He will strengthen us.

Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) 31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Waiting can be one of the most difficult things to learn to do. But it is a necessity that we learn to wait; and to wait patiently and expectantly.

We know from messages that we have received recently that many are trusting God, waiting on Him to deliver them. And there are likely many others who have not written that are also waiting on Him and trusting Him.

So, we exhort you today. Be encouraged in Him.

Yes, trials come. They happen to all of us at one time or another; sometimes multiple times in a specific season.

But take heart! Remember what Jesus said about this.

John 16:33 (LSB) 33 These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”

Take these words to heart. And take whatever steps He is showing you to take, even if it simply means to sit as His feet and worship Him.

Seek Him ardently, with zeal, and a genuine passion to know Him and learn of Him.

And if that pursuit is sincere and pure, not only will we find Him, but we will find His peace as well; the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Go. Walk the path He has set before you, even if it is fraught with trials and difficulties. And know that He is with you.

We love you all.

Bible Verse of The Day – 8-31-25 – A Dangerous Place to Be (part 1)

Please tap to watch the video now.Greetings in the name of Jesus!

Jesus taught many things while He was here on earth. Most of His teachings were focused on preparing people for eternity.

One of His statements about eternity involved people who believed they would enter heaven but found that they were turned away when they faced Jesus on the day of judgement.

This is a serious topic, and it’s one that we teach about in our newest video. In this video we teach about being sure of our salvation through Christ by learning of Him, and by surrendering ourselves to Him wholly.

The video is called, A Dangerous Place to Be (part 1).

We hope you can take the time to watch this.

Please click here to watch the video now.

We pray that God speaks to many hearts through this video today 🙏

We love you all.

Bible Verse of The Day – 8-30-25

1 Thessalonians 5:17 (NKJV) 17 pray without ceasing,

As I was praying this AM, I heard…

“Pray for the weak. Pray for the addicted. Pray for the lost. Pray for the abused children. Pray for the unborn babies still in the mother’s womb. Pray, pray and pray again. “

There was a strong urgency to pray in that hour.

Sometimes we can wait to pray; wait until we get to a specific place, and have some quiet time with God.

But there are some situations that may be happening where we will feel an urgency, and we must stop what we are doing and be led into prayer right where we are.

One day, as I was standing, having a conversation with a person, as they were speaking I suddenly felt the Holy Spirit drop something on my heart.

And right there, while I was listening to them speak, I also began praying in my spirit, in Holy Spirit-led tongues. Quietly, but powerful!

Praying for something, or someone unknown to me was happening right there. There was no time to find a place that was quiet. It was happening right there. The person I was speaking with had no idea as I quietly obeyed the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 14:2 (NKJV) 2 For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries.

Prayer is a powerful tool. And when the Holy Spirit leads us in, just go with Him. He knows what is needed in that hour, that moment, and that second.

Amen.

Bible Verse of The Day – 8-29-25

Mark 10:46-47 (LSB) 46 Then they came to Jericho. And as He was leaving Jericho with His disciples and a large crowd, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the road. 47 And when he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”

Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!

What a way to meet Jesus, by calling His name and crying out for His mercy over your life.

Oh, what we can all learn from Bartimaeus and his persistent cries for the attention of Jesus!

Bartimaeus knew that Jesus was near despite being blind. The large crowd that was following Jesus was surely a clue, with all the commotion that they must have created.

And that same crowd scolded him for crying out. But he paid no attention and persisted in calling out, Son of David, have mercy on me!

It was his persistence that caught Jesus’ attention and caused Him to stop and see who it was. That same persistence brought him the healing he so deeply desired.

And why was He so persistent?

One word; FAITH!

Bartimaeus had complete faith in Jesus, and that faith was rewarded with the healing and restoration of his sight.

What about us?

Do we have the faith that Bartimaeus exhibited? Are we persistent in crying out for His mercy over us? Do we shrink back when “the crowd” tries to silence us? Or do we cry out even more loudly?

Only we can answer those questions. Only we know what is truly in our heart.

And only we can decide whether we will persist or shrink back in defeat and hopelessness.

Today, be a Bartimaeus!

Bible Verse of The Day – 8-28-25

Philippians 4:8 (NKJV) 8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

Did you ever have a day where you woke up feeling irritable before you even got out of bed?

Your whole being is moody, and there actually isn’t any reason why we feel like this. It just is.

Sometimes it fixes itself. But other times it takes all day, and by night time we are exhausted from trying to work through it and keep it from causing us to say or do something we will regret.

What is it? It’s our flesh.

The flesh has a way of making itself heard, known, and getting what it wants. It is a fight at times to keep it in check, to keep it in line. It takes a lot of work some days.

The next time you are having a day like this, remember the flesh likes to have its way. Don’t give in to it. Let God help you keep it in check.

We all go through it. No one is exempt.

Those days I just want to climb back into bed, go to sleep, and wake up with a different attitude. That would be easier.

But instead, we just need to push through, no matter how we feel, and look for the best in everything going on around us and meditate on those good things.

Bible Verse of The Day – 8-27-25

Galatians 5:25 (NKJV) 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

When we become a child of God, we begin a lifelong process of growing and maturing.

This process affects every aspect of our lives as we submit ourselves to God and allow Him to mold us and shape us.

We will see ourselves change in ways that we might never have imagined.

We will begin to think differently, behave differently, and speak differently.

Part of thinking differently will mean that we rely on our logical human mind less, and we begin to rely on the Spirit of God more.

No, we do not become robots devoid of human thoughts or emotions. But we learn to discern things through God’s Spirit, see things through spiritual eyes, understand things from a spiritual viewpoint.

As we do this, God will develop us spiritually, allowing us to gain new insights and understanding that our human intellect simply cannot comprehend by way of natural thinking.

We can see examples of this in various Biblical situations. Peter is noteworthy for the revelations he received regarding the true identity of Jesus.

Now, some may look at that situation and say that Peter had an epiphany, a sudden human intellect-based understanding.

But what was revealed to Peter was not of flesh and bone, but by God Himself.

Matthew 16:17 (LSB) 17 And Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.

Peter did not have an epiphany, a sudden natural, intellectual understanding. He had a revelation directly from God’s Spirit.

Why is it important for us to know the difference?

Because it helps us to better see God and how He works and moves in our lives.

It gives a deeper understanding of the things of the Spirit.

And it helps show us the importance of not just relying on human intellect, but to grow and mature into Spirit-led beings, as God intended us to be.

Let us walk and live by the Spirit, not by the flesh.
